With over 20 years of field experience, Cesar brings unmatched dedication and steady performance to every job. Originally from Argentina, he’s known for his relentless work ethic, technical ability, and leadership on site. He’s one of M&T’s most trusted operators—always first in, last out, and never missing a beat.
Ingram Tynes
Co-Founder & Operations Lead
Ingram oversees daily field operations with a focus on productivity, safety, and performance. He coordinates crews, manages equipment deployment, and ensures the workflow stays sharp from start to finish. With deep industry knowledge and strong communication on-site, Ingram keeps each phase of the project running smoothly and to spec.

Mitchell is a skilled heavy equipment operator from Montgomery, Alabama. With a background in law and a sharp attention to detail, he brings an unmatched level of precision and discipline to the field. Whether in the cab or on the ground, his versatility and professionalism make him a valuable part of the crew.
